For generations, the Black Church has been the heartbeat of our community offering spiritual refuge, advocating for justice, and driving social change. However, in today’s world, where economic disparity, lack of educational access, and systemic barriers persist, we must do more than preach. We must educate, empower, and build institutions that create lasting economic freedom for our people.
Now is the time for the Black Church to reclaim its position as a leader in both faith and economic transformation. That is why Kingdom Heritage University is launching The Black Church Summit, a movement designed to equip churches with economic strategies, education, and resources to strengthen their congregations financially and spiritually.
Pastors are often overwhelmed with the needs of their congregations, but trained and certified chaplains and Christian counselors can help carry the burden. This initiative ensures that every church has qualified spiritual and mental health professionals who can support the congregation and its surrounding community. Having certified chaplains and counselors in place will relieve pastoral workload, provide critical care to members, and strengthen the church’s role in holistic healing.
